Arriving outside the city limits Lady Tyss begins to move to the north end of the city "we will have to use the lift plate to access the city, the plate will take us all to the north gate which is the only means of entry. The southern end is the exit, so long as we do not make any noise whilst we are in there we should not attract any unwanted visitors". As the party moves, they are suddenly aware of movement ahead of them.

Humming softly in Griff's mind. "I have gone by many names over the centuries, though you may call me Griff. My friend here is Maximus, though I tend to call him Max or just Asshole." he inwardly winces as he realized he mentioned centuries. Reacting faster than most could comprehend, Victor immediately recognizes Bebiliths. They were predators of the Abyss and one he often encountered in his hunts. More than one of his targets was lost because a swarm of these creatures got to them first. His thoughts moving quickly, he leapt upon the first one within range of his weapon. His Greatsword leaped into his hands while his Animated shield appeared before him. Within seconds, he had called upon his gods twice to assist his attacks and slammed down on the enemy several times.
