Then as she drew her sword she called out a few syllables in elven to have her shield spell spring up around her. The main exit, from what you can see, goes underneath the tunnel you ascended. The door to the North that they just opened may or may not lead to somewhere the spiral tunnel goes to. The walls are thick stone, there is one main entrance with additional higher vantage points that could be used to funnel enemies up the stairs at the entrance into a kill zone, hidden doors, and who knows what other surprises. And so this welcome - two hunger crazed sentries and a mindless ooze - seems a bit underwhelming. A small ammount of alchemical salve from Kek's kit instantly begins cooling the burn, and soon hardens like a second skin. The new blisters quickly begin to subside. As Chelia stands watch by the door to the North, she is able to see and figure out the mechanism for latching and for opening the hidden door. It seems like very sophisticated work. Past the doorway is a hallway that goes east and gradually curves south. The odd looking club that some of the adventurers previously spotted is still there, by the pile of bones near th west wall near the rope down from the overlook/balcony.
