Carmina Walcott, of the Walcott Industries family, was born with a silver spoon up her ... well, you get the idea. Rich, beautiful, she never wanted for anything. At her prep school she was the captain of the cheer leading squad, and once she matriculated to her very selective Ivy League school, she continued her climb up the social ladder. Now, as a senior, she is the president of Gamma Phi Upsilon, which she administers with a firm hand.

Unfortunately, under all that, she is a bully. She uses her looks, her position, and her sharp wit to routinely destroy someone. Male or female, scholar or athlete, it doesn't matter. Once she has decided on a target, she makes it her business to make them miserable. Although the worst outcomes of her malice so far are the occasional nervous breakdown or expulsion, were things to go farther, she would not care.

Adventure Seeds

Obviously, in a game set at the college, a PC could be selected as her victim du jour.

She could be kidnapped, as she could command a large ransom. The PCs could be either the perpetrators or her rescuers.

A similarly oriented PC might take Carmina on in a social war to end all social wars.
