rogueblade0729 Posted April 2, 2023 Author Clone Share Posted April 2, 2023 Post is up! Based on your described actions I've moved you a bit on the Roll20 map, so if you don't like where you are then feel free to adjust yourselves. The only limits are that Orn and Prudence, having struck with melee weapons, have to be adjacent to the Troll. Also, @Papa Bear you get to roll with Advantage due to flanking with Prudence! Grendel Posted April 2, 2023 Clone Share Posted April 2, 2023 Is the troll unaware of Prudence? And either way, if he moves to attack Tomas, does she get an attack of opportunity? Name xDiceName xDiceResult xDiceString xDiceRolls
rogueblade0729 Posted April 2, 2023 Author Clone Share Posted April 2, 2023 Well, Prudence did just stabbed the troll, so he is aware of her. If he moves out of her 5' reach (AKA moves out of any square adjacent to her), she does get an attack of opportunity, unless he takes the Disengage action. Grendel Posted April 2, 2023 Clone Share Posted April 2, 2023 Okay, well, she is going to back stab/sneak attack him again, with Orn flanking she can do that. Yay! Name xDiceName xDiceResult xDiceString xDiceRolls
Papa Bear Posted April 2, 2023 Clone Share Posted April 2, 2023 Orn doesn't move, just tries to get the old troll to focus on him. Name xDiceName xDiceResult xDiceString xDiceRolls
rogueblade0729 Posted April 2, 2023 Author Clone Share Posted April 2, 2023 @Papa Bear @Grendel Please double-check the OOC section of my last post, and roll initiative. Name xDiceName xDiceResult xDiceString xDiceRolls

rogueblade0729 Posted April 11, 2023 Author Clone Share Posted April 11, 2023 @grimlock Quick note about the Protection fighting style: you have to be within 5 feet / adjacent to the person you're trying to defend, not the creature whose blow you're blocking. If you would like, you can take an opportunity attack to step back after attacking the Troll to defend Tomas according to your ability. Up to you, though. rogueblade0729 Posted April 12, 2023 Author Clone Share Posted April 12, 2023 That's three hits from our warriors! Also, I just realized that Leofwyn wouldn't suffer an opportunity attack from the Old Troll. He already spent his reaction to cause the bone pile to fall on her. Grendel Posted April 12, 2023 Clone Share Posted April 12, 2023 His moving away from Prudence didn't trigger an opportunity attack for her on him, did it? I figure his special move (jump) covers that, but wanted to confirm. Name xDiceName xDiceResult xDiceString xDiceRolls
rogueblade0729 Posted April 12, 2023 Author Clone Share Posted April 12, 2023 @Grendel It did, but I just considered the attack roll in your previous post as the opportunity attack. Your next post is your actual turn. Name xDiceName xDiceResult xDiceString xDiceRolls
