All of her equipment is hidden, or in her purse (extra-dimensional space). She also has a parasol, which opens to become a MW light crossbow. A fancy walking stick that also doubles as a quarterstaff. Jewelry that is secretly alchemical devices. Hairpins that are different types of daggers. A sling that is part of her attire. Retractable boot knives. And, her familiar is a black raven who talks and can take refuge in her massive hairdo!
