Okay, from what I'm reading, a Legendary Title is made taking one keyword for each dot in a Calling and incorporating each keyword into the title itself. And that for each dot in Legend, you get a new title. So two questions.

1: Does that mean I can have multiple titles as long as it uses one of the keywords from the Callings or does each Title require one keyword from each Calling?

2: So according to what I read, since we're starting Legend 1, it means we only start with one Legendary Title?

It's one title per legend dot basically. Every time you gain a legend dot, you can invent a new title that is part of your Legendary title, essentially the collection of all the titles become your Legendary title.

Okay but still doesn't answer my other question. Do I have to use every keyword, one from each calling in each title for my Legendary Title or just one of the keywords for each title?

"For every Legend dot you have or gain, you may invent a new Title that incorporates one of her keywords. ... The first Title (for Legend 1) is often related to a character's Visitation." (Hero, pg 191) So no, you do not have to use every keyword, and your first Title might not have to use them at all.

It's one keyword per calling dot. You don't have to use all the keywords like the following example:

Looking through the keyword lists for the three Callings, Chris chooses “Master” and “Inspiration” from Leader, “Protector” and “Shepherd” from Guardian, and “Merciful” from Judge.

In Badru’s backstory, he worked as a veterinarian at an animal shelter, destroying unwanted dogs but rescuing and taking in as many as he could until Anubis, attracted by the choosing of worthy animals, visited him in jackal form. Chris wants Badru’s Title to reflect the pack of dogs he’s followed by, and decides on “Hounds” for his first subject. Using this, he builds “Master of Hounds” as Badru’s Title.

Okay, almost all done, but in deciding on those extra two knacks, I can't help but ask a question...

On Your Side: When you make a teamwork action with a person with whom you have a devoted, intimate, or romantic relationship, add your Lover dots in Enhancement to spend on Stunts including any you may have gained from Knacks.

Would this apply to one of Jessie's fans? I'm thinking of taking it, but given her whole "parasocial" thing, it might not be that applicable to her celebrity-ish style of divinity.

EDIT: Bonus question! I don't see anything in the Saints and Monsters book on the cost for Edges... is it just in a section of the book I'm having trouble finding?

As for the fans/followers thing and the knack, sure why not.

Officially, the book basically only mention that edges can be added on top of birthrights or instead of birthrights.

The house rule I posted in character creation, I allow you to use birthrights dots for edges and in game, edges will have the same xp cost as edges = 5 xp per dot.

Okay, managed to put up a list of possible Geasa for my character. I'm posting them here to also get the opinion of other players so the Geasa won't be so much disruptive to the game. Although I'm fine going with the funny option too.

-Cannot eat rabbit meat under any circumstances. (An easy one and one my character wouldn't mind)
-Forbidden from using weapons not of your birthland and not of your Pantheon. (As in he can only use weapons from his homeland and from the Tuatha De Danaan)

-Must challenge more skilled opponents in combat. (A bit generic IMO)

-Cannot turn down reasonable requests from those in need of help.

-Never strike the first blow.

-Declare himself against any opposition always.

These are the ones I came up with. Lemme know if anyone has any suggestions.

If you are going with a Gun specialist, you may also go with a Geasa like "Always try to use your gun over any other weapon" or something else gun-oriented ? "Never turn down a gun-fight ?"

Another Geasa is that "you will always show some flair when using your gun." This could mean that any successes after the first must be used to show off your skills, giving you options to try to intimidate people with your skills, or somehow use the skills to otherwise impress people.

This group has gotten a bit larger. Its interesting to see the variety of characters.

I have worked through some birthrights, though they aren't quite finished. That will let me work on the Boons, Knacks, and Purviews. But the Birthrights open up some options to decide upon.

Should have those done in a few days. If anyone has any suggestions or a tie-in with your character, let me know.

And thank you for the Edge suggestion, that one works perfectly.

You're welcome and thanks for your comments on the Geasa. I ultimately went with the Always show some flair when using your gun. With that, my character is fully complete.

Got my character up. Part of me wanted to lean away from the Theoi since there are already a couple of applications for Scions from that pantheon, but ultimately the idea that spoke to me worked best with Hecate as a patron.

Hi! Looks like this group has gotten quite large; do you guys happen to still be recruiting? I'd love to hop in-- but I understand if things are getting crowded! I hope everyone enjoys the game, regardless.
