You find a small camp of about two dozen men and women of mixes races. Tel is tied up to a pole in the middle but doesn't look beaten or roughed up, just not allowed to leave. There are a few makeshift tents and bodies bundled up in piles of blankets. No sign of Indominus but there is a large red dragonborn who lifts his head and sniffs the air almost as soon as you see him.
