"You can see auras?" She looked in the direction that Brucilde had indicated to see if the bouncer was indeed telling the truth.

She wanted to clarify that she meant attackers, not children, but someone else had already opened the door and now she had to follow. Well, if all else failed, she was one of the fastest runners and certainly the better climber.

Abandoned Warehouse

spacer.png"They're downstairs. Hurry!" With that, the child moved inside, leaving the door hanging ajar behind her. Within, you see some stacked crates and barrels, cobwebbed from an unknown period of neglect. The faint smell of whiskey wafts from the air within.

The smell wafting out reminds Gareth of nothing so much as the scent of Galtish Moonshine; that famous weapon of the revolutionary. Stick a rag in a bottle of some cheap intoxicant, light it on fire, and sew fear into the hearts of oppressors everywhere. He's thrown a few in his time.

Abandoned Warehouse

spacer.pngAs the majority of you move into the warehouse, the child moves around behind a few stacked crates and down what looks to be a sturdy ladder.

 

Looking below, you see the same wood plank floor and stone walls on the floor down, the place looks to be unlit.

Gareth moves onto the ladder and starts his way down. A half-elf at the top, but at the bottom a drow drops to the floor. He looks around, eyes easily piercing the dark, and weapon held at the ready. He wonders to himself how that human child can see well enough to move about down here.

If it's clear he signals to those up above to proceed down.

Nera followed, bow ready. She looked down and noticed a slight change in the elf in front of her, although she couldn't see what from the back. While she could quite well in dim light, she couldn't see in total darkness. She noticed that one of the others put a light spell on her weapon, so she knew there would be able to see as soon as she followed. When the all clear came, she moved down as well.

Teza was still a bit stunned by the revelation about the bouncer. She thought she was good at observing people, but clearly she had not been trying hard enough. She followed the others into the dark room her eyes automatically adjusting to the dark and then the new light of the torch. Right, most can not see. This fact still was strange for her as she could not imagine how it must feel to live your life so blind for so much of the time. But it did come in handy to obfuscate her own work.

She followed the bouncer closely as well as the nice lady, Iolana. Kimmy would probably want her to protect those important to Brucilde as well

Daergrim waited his turn to climb down the ladder. As he waited, the dwarf stowed his axe and shield before descending. Once he reached the bottom, he immediately readied his axe and shield as he looked around, focusing on the sudden appearance of the drow. He was about to shout a warning then realized that none of the others seemed put off, so he just shook his head and looked for the "girl".
