The captain of the larger ship is the Jangly Man, a renowned pirate. Some time ago, he orchestrated a massive raid on an
ATech shipyard several years ago, securing new vessels in the process.

 

As they approach, the lurching captain goes on with his mad ramblings. He delivers strange taunts and celebrates the Devourer's morbid will. He answers questions with biting and insane mockery as well as more exultation of the Star-Eater. His babbling rises to a frantic crescendo of hate and nihilism just before the starship combat begins.

Shadows flit behind the Jangly Man as he babbles verbosely.
 

Perception 30 Sense Motive 25

His gibbering seems to contain coded orders to his crew of the Singularity and those flying the fighter escort. The code is tricky and hard to decipher, as the Jangly Man and his crew are practiced in its use.
 

The code gives the cultists a bonus in this combat. You can attempt 4 Sense Motive 34 checks to decipher the code. Roll twice for each check and take the lower result. Each success decreases their bonus.

The ships come screaming for you, but you're no novices and are able to dodge their attacks.

Dmerilo's harsh words seem to take it's toll against the lead ship.

Menelas' orders keep the crew in good order.

Lavinia can sense the intent of the cult vessels.

Kaeon's masterful piloting puts all three ships into a disadvantageous position.
