Dom looks at the monster in shock! He had never ever heard of such a bizzare creature!

The tendrils lashed him and he felt his mind burn like fire. He shook off the attack and launched himself at the horror, eager to see it dead!

"On, great," Paim said as the monster undead thing appeared. She decided on helping out her team with some healing, knowing it would harm the undead thing at the same time.

Day 5  6:32 am

Paim unleashes a wave of positive energy. The undead brain collector stands it ground and completely resists it. However the healing nearly offsets all of the damage inflicted by its mental attack. Dom attacks and misses. Hoog slashes twice and hits both time. Gal fires an arrow into it. Ginni hits with her weapon of force.

The creature then bites Hoog. Poisoneous drool drops into his wounds but Hoog resists it. It tries clawing Dom but misses both times. Finally four of the six translucent brains are absorb by the creature. This seems to repair some of the damage inflicted upon it.

Dom avoided the creatures attacks but had failed to strike himself! He felt a warm, healing glow come from Paim and renewed his attacks!

Noticing her healing didn't do much on the monster, Paim switched tactics and after casting a spell that transformed her back into her bear form, she bit hard on the undead monstrocity.

Day 5  6:32 am

Dom smashes the creature twice. It shudders at the first strike. Then Hoog hits it twice before raising his shield. Gal fires an arrow deep into creature. Ginni misses with her mystical hammer. Paim transforms into a bear and tries to bite. The creature is starting to look rather damaged.

Annoyed by Dom, the creature tries bite and claw him. It fails to get past his defenses. Then it absorbs the last two glowing purple brains and lightly heals. It looks ready to brain blast everyone again...

Knowing hey will have to finish things quickly, Paim the Bear moved to the other side of the critter so it would have to divide its attention between her and Dom and then attacked with her jaws.
