The bodies of the goblins have all been piled up near the entrance of the yard and a runner sent to alert the Grave Digger's Union though the black clad cart pullers have not yet shown up. Kelarith sloppily retrieves what he needs from them. They have no use of them anymore.

After some time wandering the streets he locates a fabric seller and is able to negotiate for some thread, only a silver piece for a good length and a needle, the merchant insisted on selling the needle as well.

Having what he needs, Kelarith heads back to the Dirty Dog.

"Thank you for the offer of lodgings. Much appreciated. I'm sure we can help you with your problem.", Arwi said to Rindo.

With events winding down Arwi took his plate of food and mug of tea to another table. He sat quietly and ate slowly finally able to enjoy a hot meal with minimal interruption.

As things settle in the private dining room after eating, Finn takes the opportunity to quietly draw Nessia off to the side. Making sure that they can't be easily overheard, he bows, telling her softly, "While it's unlikely that we serve the same gods, we certainly face a shared danger here." As he speaks, he takes one end of the fabric belt tied about his waist and spreads it open to reveal what is actually a very wide sash of Baklunish style. Turning the end inside-out he shows her an elegant design of an open white hand upon a black lotus, above it appears to be a passage in the graceful calligraphy of Baklunian poetry, though only the last word is visible, which appears to be "twilight". "I am Al'bashiq (Bakl: Sparrowhawk), a D'ai Shatain of the Lotus Palm and dancer on the Way of the Lotus. Your secret will remain safe with me, as, so long as our ways are joined, will your person. Where there is combat, remain close and I will protect you as best as I am able."

Following the fellow Bakluni into secrecy, Nessia listens intently, returning his bow with one of her own. She seems at ease with his declarations, almost at-home, even. "I am glad to meet you. My name is, indeed, but 'Nessia'." She almost seems ready to tell some sort of a story to "Finn", but then stops. "There is a story to it, and a humorous and even charming one, but perhaps for another day. That I am a mystic is a deceit I have been weaving since taking on this work... I am, in truth, a priestess of Istus." She gently lifts her holy symbol out of her padding and robes, and reveals it. It is of almost painfully plain make. Then, she gestures over the trimmings of her robe, all of which indicate horizontally-aligned needles with three threads going through them; these are in turn flanked by embroidered chains. "We must openly display our faith, but... if one does not pick up on it, then that is their problem, is it not?" She smiles. "As my secret is safe with you, friend, yours is safe with me."

After about an hour, both Amira and Arwi returns and rejoinimage.jpeg.657c0f292a77b6d0b1c0797857d1d9e4.jpeg the group in the private dining room. At the same time, Sylvia, the Elf server appears and tells the group that they've got to head out soon, at least vacate the private dining room for the main tap room.

Amira says she's taken care of all the business she needed to attend to, though sadly, due to her haste, she explains she hasn't earned as much as she'd hoped to and now will gladly take Rindo up on his offer of rooms at the Drunken Dragon. She looks around at the quiet group, waiting.

Kelarith stands along with the others, with an awkward scooting and scraping of his chair, "I will complete the preparations for the Obscurity Ritual for Rindo before dawn. That should give us a good chance of getting out of the city with a minimum of complications."

The group follows this newcomer as he skulks and meanders through the busy streets of Rookroost. Several times the young man turns around and takes a different route. Occasionally he stops and waits, watching an intersection or storefront for some time before moving on. Eventually, the group arrives at a crowded market intersection. There are merchants and customers everywhere. It is noisy chaotic.

Arwi followed along with his hand resting on the pommel of his falchion. He caught up next to Rindo when the crowds allowed.

"I have a warning for you, friend. I ran into a man in the streets. Oeridian in dark clothes. Quick with a blade. He told me that people are coming for you. You must be ready. They know where you are and you are not safe.", Arwi told his new charge in a low voice that would be lost in the noise of the crowd.

Seeing the client's extreme caution, the monk taps Nessia's elbow discreetly and says softly, "I'm going to drop back slightly and cross the street where I can watch over the group and look for any tails we might pick up. If we get separated by the crowd and I do lose everyone, I'll make my way to the Drunken Dragon." He then begins crossing the street while the group continues forward and looks around for anyone taking particular interest in them. As they proceed he keeps pace, occasionally moving ahead and pausing to lean casually on the shaft of his naginata, simply remaining relaxed and self-assured, someone killing time with no particular business at the moment.

Kelarith keeps a wary eye on his surroundings, his pale face and withered arm hidden in the depths of his cloak. He 'casually' approaches Snowbelle as the small company makes their way through the city, because he wants to strike up a conversation, and not at all because he wants to be near a powerful and competent warrior if a fight breaks out, "What brings someone of your... stature... to The Bandit Kingdoms?"
