The two Goblins Snowbelle spoke to both turn and run toward the back wall near the open stable doors.

The Goblin that met the horse's hooves just lays in the dirt, bleeding and unmoving.

The big, hairy goblinoid, still watching Arwi, almost to the point of ignoring everything else around it, steps up and brings its heavy blade down, chopping at Arwi with a powerful blow!

 The creature has scored a hit. Arwi needs to defend at +2 due to magic spell @Caffeine11

 

Still Round 5

Arwi - Evaluate Maneuver + Giant Step (1FP). Shield 2 cast by Nessia. Needs to Defend, still at +2 due to magic.

Finn - Ready Maneuver.

Kelarith - Aim Maneuver. Aiming at the big hairy Goblinoid.

Nessia - Move Maneuver. 1 Spell On (Shield 2, Arwi)

Rindo - "Attack" Maneuver against the horse.

Snowbelle waves coquettishly as the goblins retreat, and then the smile on her lips fades abruptly. She turns her gaze to the hobgoblin menacing a half-elf and draws her spear at last in the midst of the battle. Beginning to approach the creature's flank, preparing to strike it in the back.

"Missed again, fool. You must be tired.", Arwi taunted again before the ring of their blades had even faded.

 

Finally seeing his chance, he slashed at the hobgoblin with his falchion, while the long knife in his other hand stabbed at the hob's vitals.

 

Arwi's long knife sneaks in past the creatures defenses and sinks into its leather armor, the Half-Elf hopes that this thing's organs are in the same place that other foes' are! The creature howls in pain but remains on its feet, its focus now completely on Arwi!

Snowbelle steps up behind the hobgoblin with a cold, fierce look on her face, and attempts to plunge her spear into its neck.

The creature lets out a howl of pain as the spear-tip rips through its neck. It lurches forward briefly as its eyes roll up into its skull, but then it steadies itself and glances over its shoulder at Snowbelle.

The creature, its movements slowed from its wounds, miraculously brings its blade up and parries Arwi's attack!

Nessia, taking advantage of her companion's skillful control of the battlefield, as well as that of the very pale stranger, takes another swing at the hobgoblin with her staff... before retreating to a position close to the trough by Snowbelle. Just for safety, that thing nearly made her see her own fate!

The creature tries to dodge, but moves too slowly and Nessia's staff crashes into its ribs. It barks out in pain as she moves around behind him.
