Is it possible to move at higher speed to charge the kobolds, or even if we move at "full speed' thats only half our movement speed? The spell has a range of 240 feet, so I should be good to cast it and hit all of them (potentially). It's a bit messy and, truthfully, I don't think we've really determined the legal status of kobolds (are we considering them bandits/outlaws like they would in the old modules? On a Lawful-Neutral-Chaotic old-school aslignment axis we're probably fine. On a Good/Evil axis eeeeeeeeeh . . . ) but we've not come up with a better plan. They are defeated enemies, so if you let them go, I would not make them a threat later--you've already earned their XP.
