Tower Shell (Area 4) - Skeletal Archers

All four combatants of the party manage to land their attacks, with the red flames in the eyes of Skeleton 1 going out like a candle as he swiped the creature's body. Skeleton 2 and 3 take a beating from Kal landing a rather nasty hit against 2 and Malus and Booth managing to corner the downed Skeleton 3. Cei's music in the background continues to inspire the party.

As Malus and Booth land their attacks against Skeleton 3, the mindless undead reaches out, attempting to grab onto Malus' leg while still on the ground, and Skeleton 2 continues to mindlessly rake at Kal with its claws.

The large man greets Booth through the hole between two ribs with a wide grin like claw marks on him are nonexistent "Hey little buddy! Are the crowd outside close to ending their guy?" "This one's still standing, but he's at least taken one good hit so far," Kaldakaczil called back, just as the undead beast landed another clawing strike through his illusionary garb. With a disgruntled hiss, he coordinated with his familiar to try and land another solid hit upon the creature - hoping to dispatch it at last!

Unfortunately, while the strength he put behind the blow was considerable, his swing went wide and missed its target by a few inches.

Taking another scratch, the disguised paladin grits his teeth and tries to strike another blow upon the boney creature in front of them. "Aww, look Booth it wants a hug" Malus moves his hand as in invitation "Come 'ere you big softie you." Despite his inviting words seemingly shadows of his arm itself strike at the approaching skeleton before Malus engages it in the grapple. A large man overpowers a bunch of bones, although as his ember eyes show with more difficulty than expected

Tower Shell (Area 4) - Skeletal Archers

Kal's greatsword cleanly bisects the skeleton, its flames going flickering as its upper body falls to the ground and fades into not even an ember by the time it actually hits the ground. Malus, still in the smaller side room, crumbles the other skeleton in his grasp, and with that, the flames of unlife in all three skeletons have been extinguished.

Combat encounter over. Available loot is 3 longbows, and 3 +1 Arrows as well as gold as below.

Malus releases a pile of crashed bones and turns off his stance, for a moment there is a thoughtful moment on his face, but once he notices Booth is still with him in the room smile is back on his face and he taps small Druid on the shoulder "Well, we showed them." He yells toward the other room "All done here, you?"

Thinking for a bit Malus yells again "How about Booth and I drag these bones into the large room or maybe even throw them into that trap outside? You do the same with bones in that room. There are plenty of rags and if we throw them into the trap, wood too. I have an excess of oil for my lamp we pour it over rags and oil and set it ablaze. I doubt they could raise the ashes, also with those sticks in the trap gone it will be just a hole, not nearly as dangerous as now, skinning two rabbits at once as it were." He looks at the small area "We should only wedge something into these doors so they don't close again since it's the only path forward we found."
