Khaine winced as the goblin bit into his arm. He renewed his attacks, his strikes becoming a blur of violent motion

Action 1: Ki Strike (Flurry of blows with +1 to attack +1d6 to damage) vs Yellow
Action 2: Raise Shield
Action 3: Tiger Claw vs Yellow, or red if Yellow is down(Should be a 21 to hit, not a 22)

 

If either Flurry strikes hit Yellow, Khaine will use Stunning Fist. If either Strike hits and deals damage, the target must succeed at a Fortitude save against your class DC or be stunned 1 (or stunned 3 on a critical failure). This is an incapacitation effect.

Chelia throws her force shield in between the goblin and herself, collapsing it, but preventing her from being bitten. She knew from experience that she would have to go without magical shield for some time, so she goes on the offensive, slashing at the one that tried to bite her before moving on to the next one.

Kek moved behind the infected threatening Chelia, trying to take advantage of its distraction.
 
 
Move to flank #2 -- not sure if that's a Step or a Stride. Attack #2. If that kills #2, Stride to set up a flank on whoever's up for Khaine. Otherwise, press the attack on #2.
EDIT: I'm pretty sure that's death for #2. I'll go set up the flank for Khaine.

  • 1 action: move 25 feet west to corridor

Round 2 Summary
Maybell

Maybell moves forward, and magically smashes one of the goblins

Chelia

Fighting off two goblins, Chelia manages to slay one of them.

Khaine

Khaine slays one of the goblins attacking him.

Kek

Kek moves up and kills one of the goblins attacking Chelia, then moves behind the remaining one which is attacking Khaine.

Weylin

Weylin sends another chunk flying at the remaining goblin, but misses.

Enemies

The remaining goblin flees, but not before sending a parting shot at Kek-goblin-slayer.

"Don't let it get away and warn others," Chelia said as she charged after the remaining goblin, using her sword more as a lance to stab him to death. She quickly dispatched of the last goblin.

action 1-2: sudden charge (stride 2x, then attack for two actions)

action 3: attack again if the first attack didn't do the trick.

 

I assume that 31 is a crit and that 22 damage will finish it off.

The dashed lines indicate a ledge. As you enter the room you are on this ledge that surrounds the audience area. The area to the right of the dashed line is 5 ft higher than the area to the left.

Drapes over the entry way allow anyone behind Chalia to use stealth until they enter the room.

Just coming into this room and seeing the literal head of this operation... plus, seeing how he was wearing the artifact of the goblinoids... well, it was all that Maybell needed to see to know this was likely the spot to let go of her inhibitions. Chalia was not close enough, but someone just as good was... indeed, even better, someone even more fitting... so instantly the little halfling strummed her viol... letting her connection to the magic of this world sweep on forth. She touches with the bow of her viol touch the orc medic's blade "Tis the blade that shall cut down the tumor at the heart of this illness! To a plague, we bring a healer! My good Kek, before us stand eldritch decay, virulent poison itself from another world! Let them know the physician's skill and inner fire won't allow their ilk to seep into this place any longer!"

 

Letting the magic of her storytelling swell forth, nonetheless she puts her bow to the strings, letting forth another note of gallantry and valor, to guide her dear allies onward "My dear friends! Undaunted are we! Our mission in sight! Let these poor ill ones rest, let their ringleader know fear! Vile plots know to dissolve before truth's light!" so sings the bard, her voice echoing with a pure cheer likely not heard in these tunnels in quite a while. The notes of her viol resonate within the air, lingering in mind and heart both with magic and enthusiasm.

 

OOC: Maybell casts Magic/Runic Weapon on Kek's shortsword/his preferred weapon! 2 actions spent for that one. Then she uses one action to Inspire Courage! Everyone, remember your +1 to Hit and +1 to damage and to saves against fear! I do believe we did not rest 10 minutes, so I don't think I got a focus point for Lingering Performance. EDIT: But I am wrong! Maybell refocused and spends a focus point for Lingering Composition!

"You can try," Chelia said as looked around. This certainly was weird and she wanted to study things further, but at the moment taking decisive action took priority.

Kek seems surprised by Maybell's choice of champion, but nods in thanks.
Steeling himself, he bursts out of the hallway, over the ledge, and toward the goblin-headed ooze. "L'hhroiiii tchn-khaaanz!" he bellows.
 
OOC: Double move to the boss and attack. Yes, I realize that this is risky and borderline stupid, but I'm hoping it's worth the risk. Flat-footed boss plus inspiration plus magic weapon is +4 attack, +1d6+2 damage, along with Sneak Attack on the first round. (Sneak Attack assumes that the boss will take precise damage, but since he actually has a head, it seems like a reasonable bet.) Kek will Nimble Dodge the first attack that comes his way.
