Ilyrana watched as Ulrica wandered over to a door and attempted to open it, this piqued Ilyrana's interest and she too walked over to the door in question. Peering through the window she could not see any obvious undead which annoyed the witch, keeping a lookout for orderlies Ilyrana mentally prepared for fisticuffs.

Vergren comes trotting back to asylum with his newly purchased ladder. None of the group can be seen. He moves to the western wall to find a good window for "cleaning".

Kero and others move towards the exit. The orderly in the hallway moves over the eastern gate to unlock it so everyone can exit. Ilyrana joins Ulrica by the southern double doors.

Suddenly Ulrica kicks open the doors . . . the unlocked doors fly open under the foot of the mighty woman. Everyone stops in shock and stares at Ulrica's bizarre action.

The doors open to reveal a large room with a 6 large tables with benches. Three orderlies are sitting at one table talking. Strangely, another three orderlies are hanging out by the northern wall of this room. Unlike the other staff members, they very quickly recover.

The teeth of these orderlies seem much sharper, and their fingers now appear to end in sharp claw like nails. With lightning speed, they rush Ulrica, and Ilyrana, and try to bite them. One bites Ulrica and another bites Ilyrana.

Vergren stands at the top of the ladder, making a show of scrubbing away and whistling. He examines the bars and how they're mounted in the stonework closely, just in case they have a need to break in or out. Vergren peers into the asylum. The grimed cover windows make it hard to see but it appears that fighting is occurring inside. He also catches a single undead aura at the edge of his vision.

Malciar wards Ulrica and everyone within ten feet of her. Ulrica tries to follow up to her two earlier hits on the creatures and misses. Kero throws a bomb and attempts the thread the needle. Ilyrana steps back. Halgana steps in and smashes one of the creatures.

The orderly in the hallway finishes opening the gate, and runs down the hallway. "EEEEEEeee" shrieks Eliza before she follows the orderly down the hallway.

The orderlies in the dining stand up in panic and rush towards a door in the southwestern corner of the room. The orderly and Alienist rush to the office door. The door is slammed closed by the orderly, and a bolt can be heard be slammed into place.

The creature just hit by Halgana steps into the hallway and attacks her. It bites and claws her. As both claws hit her, hollow openings in the claws attempt to siphon blood out of her. Another creature steps into the hall, and gets both claws on Ulrica. She also feels the creature trying to siphon blood out of her. Thee last one moves in and bites Ilyrana.
