Kildrak Grimbeard

With a war cry, he swung his hammer down upon Dshalvur, attempting to stagger him just long enough to give the others a prime opportunity to strike.

Note: Kildrak's Touch AC is 13 against Dshalvur, due to both Dodge and Stonefoot Stance bonuses. Not that it matters against this attack, but it's worth pointing out.

Kildrak reactivates his Stonefoot Stance as a swift action due to moving in the last round. He then takes a 5-foot step to the right, in order to flank with Hoo'Grawr, and attacks Dshalvur with Leading the Attack. If he hits, everyone gets a +4 bonus to their attack rolls against him for the round!

Chase Scene

The Party

Gregory survives the phoera's fire breath and heals himself up again.

HooGrawr shakes off the attempt assault on her Charisma and tries to stun Dshalvur with her nymph powers, but it has no effect (undead are immune to stunning). ((Since he's not stunned, I assume you don't want to move 10 ft now? I'll do a 5-ft step for you on the map: let me know if you want something different.))

Gothika's arrows are once again unable to penetrate past the web. (( @paladinred, you'll want to move somewhere to avoid the cover granted by the web spell.))

Kildrak takes the Charisma drain (giving Dshalvur 5 temp hp), but manages to get in a solid whack with his hammer, and Dshalvur reels a bit from the blow.

Talissa & Co

Talissa Stabilization Check (stabilize on 10)

Talissa coughs a little, still bleeding fiery blood out in a puddle around her.

The phoera seems to calm down again, but its fire breath has started the web on fire. Kildrak and Gregory are free from the web now, but Ez is still entangled. Flames from the environment are also starting to catch on the edges of the web, so it will start burning away faster.

He fit another arrow to his bow, and then one after that. It seemed like Dshalvur would effectually be overwhelmed, the question was ‘could he do this fast enough to save Talissa?’

Ez takes another couple of shots, and one of them neatly threads the needle between web strands to stab Dshalvur in the chest.

Dshalvur

A little gout of frostfire bursts from Dshalvur's wound, and Dshalvur coughs in pain. He's still standing, but he's clearly struggling. His eyes look desperately, wildly at that phoera, clearly contemplating his options. "If I can't destroy it permanently, at least I'll destroy it temporarily!" he says. In his desperation, he decides to lunge for it, past Kildrak (provoking an AoO from Kildrak), arms outstretched for the phoera (the cage gives the phoera a bit of cover, so it gets +2 to AC against this attack):

Kildrak makes an opportunity attack! Note that Kildrak has the Stand Still feat, so if he hits, Dshalvur is stopped in his tracks and will not be able to finish moving to the Phoera, unless he makes a Reflex saving throw. From the feat:

If you hit your foe, he must succeed on a Reflex save against a DC of 10 + your damage roll (the opponent does not actually take damage), or immediately halt as if he had used up his move actions for the round.

So the Reflex DC is 19.

Kildrak

Kildrak takes a swing as Dshalvur lunges past. His hammer impacts hard, and there's a weird creaking noise from the cinderspawn on contact with the hammer, as if he were an old barn door buckling under a heavy wind. His eyes go large, and then flicker a little, as he gasps in shock, hands still clawing desperately for the phoera. In response, the phoera squawks and flaps around its cage in a panic, beating its wings against the bars.

A dozen emotions play across Dshalvur's face as his life force slowly ebbs and his flaming form slowly drains from its bright blue coloration to a more natural-looking, reddish orange coloration. He lays on the ground, and slowly blends into the flames in the environment around him. His eyes make contact with Kildrak's, but there's seemingly nobody at home behind them as his form finally dissipates into the substance of the Elemental Plane of Fire. There's a final gasp of necrotic energy and a feeble puff of frosty energy as he dies.

The villain of the story is gone, but the heroine is dying and your means of conveyance is also dead. The phoera is still secure in its cage, and you're sure it will calm down eventually.

Once he was sure he was dead, he grinned coldly, uttering in his native tongue, "Seht, der Zorn der Zwerge. Siehe, die heidnischen Götter, die du anbetest. Seht, euer Verhängnis." *Behold, the wrath of the dwarves. Behold, the heathen gods you worship. Behold, your doom.

With that, Kildrak wiped the blood from his face and turned towards Talissa. Seeing Ez begin to administer a healing potion to her, he asked grimly, "How fares the lass?"

Gregory begins to channel both of his remaining spell energy to heal Talissa and not wanting to get too close to the Phoera, he uses a charge of his wand to heal it a bit.
